Plasma cutting
A plasma cutting machine allows thick steel plates to be cut. By adding gas, the machine creates a strong, scorching hot jet.
Which sheets can you plasma cut?
With a CNC plasma cutting machine, you can cut thicker sheets than cutting technology allows. Depending on the material, the maximums vary:
- Cuttingsteel can be done from a 2 mm to 50 mm thickness.
- Stainless steel (SS) and aluminium can be cut from 1 mm to 5 mm thickness.
The maximum size for plasma cutting a steel plate is 6000 x 3000 mm.
As soon as you supply us with a .dxf or .dwg file, we start cutting.
