Concrete baskets or brackets
We have various machines for manufacturing rebar and baskets, made to size, deliverable with our trucks.
Bracket dispenser
We have 3 bracket machines that turn both brackets and bars to size.
What bar thicknesses and lengths do we turn?
- Thickness: in diameters 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm.
- Length: from 0.1 m to 14 m.
Prefabrication machine
Using a prefabrication machine, the brackets are assembled so that the basket can later be finished by the welders. The baskets can be made up to a length of 14 m.
Welding
After the brackets have been assembled, the welders go to work welding the additional bars and/or brackets into the baskets according to the prepared plans.

Landscape in gateways
For this client, we helped realise very striking gate parts. A landscape of holiday photos was transformed into this construction, which was realised using our plasma CNC cutting machine. Together with the customer, we welded and assembled these gates to the desired end result.
